Hospitals and networks in Miami-Dade County
In Miami the reference hospitals are Jackson Memorial, Baptist Health South Florida, Nicklaus Children's and the Sanitas centers. Not every Marketplace plan includes every hospital: some carriers have broad networks and others are closed to certain facilities. Before you choose, we check that your hospital and your primary care doctor are in the plan's network.
2027 subsidy in Miami
The subsidy depends on your income and household size, not on your city. What does change by county is the price of the plans and, therefore, how much you are left to pay. - November 1, 2026: Open Enrollment begins.
