Cities we serve in Georgia
Metro Atlanta — Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton and Clayton — plus Dalton, Gainesville, Athens, Macon and Savannah. Georgia left Healthcare.gov and since 2024 runs its own Marketplace: Georgia Access. If you look for your plan on Healthcare.gov you will not find it; we work directly on the Georgia platform.
Hospitals and networks in Georgia
In Atlanta the reference systems are Emory Healthcare, Piedmont, Northside, Wellstar and Grady. Outside the city, Northeast Georgia Medical Center (Gainesville) and Hamilton Medical Center (Dalton). Not every Georgia Access plan includes every hospital; we confirm your network before you choose.
2027 subsidy in Georgia
The subsidy depends on your income and household size (100%–400% of the federal poverty level), not on the state. What changes in Georgia is the price of the plans by county and which carriers participate in your area. Use the calculator to see whether your household is in the eligible range and then we compare the specific plans in your county. None of the five states where we are licensed expanded Medicaid. That means if your household income falls below 100% of the federal poverty level, you may not qualify for a Marketplace subsidy or for Medicaid as an adult. There are exceptions that depend on your case, which is why we review your income with you before submitting anything.

2027 dates
- November 1, 2026: Open Enrollment begins.
- December 15, 2026: last day to enroll for coverage starting January 1.
- January 15, 2027: Open Enrollment ends (coverage starting February 1).
