I started helping families in Miami before the Health Insurance Marketplace existed. When it opened in 2014, we were among the first to enroll clients in Florida. Since then the agency has grown for one reason: people come back and bring their family.
Every year since 2019 the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has recognized us with the Elite Plus Circle of Champions, the program's highest tier, awarded to agents who enroll more than 500 people in a single enrollment period. We also received the "Connecting Consumers with Coverage" recognition for helping families during special enrollment periods.
Today we serve nearly 3,000 active families across Florida — Miami, Broward, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Orlando, Tampa, Daytona and Kissimmee — and also in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. Most have never set foot in our office: everything is handled by phone, WhatsApp and e-signature.
The team
Aralis and Yunaisy process the policies and follow every application until the carrier activates it. Candy makes sure no payment falls through the cracks. Yanetsy coordinates the office and client communication. Roberto oversees the operation and is the one who steps in when there is a problem with a carrier or with the Marketplace.

Licenses you can verify
Roberto Rojas Jr. is an insurance producer with a resident license in Florida and non-resident licenses in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. National Producer Number (NPN): 8520815. You can verify it with the Florida Department of Financial Services or on NIPR.
In Florida, Texas, South Carolina and Tennessee we enroll through the federal Marketplace (Healthcare.gov). In Georgia, through Georgia Access, the state Marketplace. In every case, the application is yours and is submitted with your authorization.
