The enhanced subsidies in place since 2021 ended on December 31, 2025. The standard premium tax credit is still available for households between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty level, subject to eligibility. That is why we recommend recalculating your case every year instead of letting your plan auto-renew.
Using the Marketplace with your own eligible status is not considered a public charge. Every case is different; we review it with you before submitting the application.
It is a new Marketplace rule: every year you must authorize in writing the agent who manages your account before that agent can make changes. It protects your account from agents you do not know. We send you the official link by text message and email.
Yes, if you have a qualifying life event: loss of coverage, a move, marriage, a birth, a change in income, among others. You have 60 days from the event.
