By providing your mobile phone number to RTM Brokers of Florida and opting in to receive SMS text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before consenting.
1. Program Description
RTM Brokers of Florida, Inc. is a licensed Florida insurance agency (Producer NPN 8520815) specializing in Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA) and dental coverage. Our SMS program sends transactional and service-related text messages to current and former clients with whom we have an established business relationship, and to consumers who have requested information. Message content may include:
- Policy payment reminders and confirmations
- Document submission requests (e.g., proof of income for Marketplace enrollment)
- Plan renewal and Open Enrollment reminders
- Agent authorization requests required by CMS
- Callback follow-ups from licensed agents after missed calls
- Account-related notifications and one-to-one service replies
- Appointment confirmations
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from RTM Brokers of Florida through any of the following methods:
- Submitting a quote, contact, or enrollment form on our website (rtmbrokers.com) where the SMS consent disclosure is displayed and checking the consent box.
- Signing a written SMS authorization during in-person or electronic enrollment.
- Providing verbal consent during a recorded phone call.
- Replying with a keyword (e.g., "YES" or "START") to a previous SMS from RTM Brokers of Florida.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from RTM Brokers of Florida.
3. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from RTM Brokers of Florida. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through any opt-in method above.

6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending and receiving text messages. RTM Brokers of Florida is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide the SMS services described above and to service your account with RTM Brokers of Florida. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
